Get quiet before the Lord and confess any area of your life that is not in God's control and ask Him to fill you with His Spirit so you can live victorious.

Ask the Lord to bring someone to mind He wants you to share what you have learned about the Holy Spirit and begin praying for them.

Often the hardest part of starting the conversation is initiating.

The end goal is simply to engage someone in spiritual conversation and see where the Lord takes it.
